The connecting link between science and religion is philosophy. Science says everything in our elements chart has very specific spectral absorption and emissions, and marks those spectral expressions with very specific numbers or frequencies; which are in sequence, in harmony. Religion says simply there are seven colors; yes; in harmony and sequence, called a rainbow.
Now, you could choose the simple view; or the complex view, each has great value, and each view has workable concepts when applied to a person’s life. If you choose the complicated view; you can make it even more complicated by looking for smaller details; like atomic components in structures. Then if you really want to make it complicated you can use math; and turn numbers into endless nonsense, theory and speculation. That’s when you are no longer seeking the simplicity of truth; but instead are seeking some sort of thrill from the endless speculation into the unknown and unprovable. That is of course all about an effort to seek to make other people think that they are in the presence of brilliance; and that somehow the creating and expressing of those unknowable, non-definable number expressions is somehow important or in some way meaningful. Which in reality they are not. They are simply expressions of sophistry; passing as philosophy.
On the religion side of things; beginning with a simple observation of the natural world; the rainbow; can be mystified into hidden or mythological stories and legends. Taking reality and either hiding or revealing truths and knowledge. Now religion is famous or infamous; for seeking to control knowledge. Just like in science; knowledge is power, ignorance is easier to control, and knowledge can be weaponized for personal gains.
It therefore must be realized by the individual; that if you want to be outside of the control of both science and programmed man-god religion. Then you must seek to educate yourself on your own; and in my view astrology is the place to take up the study of both science and religion. Because light is the creator, and neither science nor religion would have ever come into existence without the mechanisms of creation.
Consider there may be seven steps to living a life well lived.
First; be always a student, never stop learning
Second; be a physician, always use your knowledge to cure and heal, whenever an opportunity arises.
Third; because you were a student and a physician you are using the energies of the physical elements to heal, you become a healer.
Fourth; because you’re using the energies to heal people; you become a teacher of how to heal.
Fifth; because you have achieved this level of knowledge you become a priest.
Sixth; because there must be separation between church and state you become a king.
Doing and being all the six steps; you become a wise man, which is the seventh step, and the result of a life and mind well directed.
